Office headquarters interior improvement for Westcoast Childrens Clinic, within the Fruitvale Center.  This project was a simple remodel that got just as much purposeful care as our larger projects receive.  The project was delivered using a Pre-Construction Services delivery method (provided by Triton Interiors), which allows us to coordinate directly with the builder during the design phase.  As a result, we already agreed on construction details like how to reconcile the partition with the window mullion, before producing the construction documents.  Another project with zero change orders, zero RFI’s, and a happy client.
